Our adoption process has 7 steps

Adoption Fees:
Puppy to 1 year old - $500
2 - 9 years old - $ 375
10 years plus and a non-senior adopter - $100
10 years plus and a senior adopter - $10

It takes approximately 30 minutes to complete the application. Information you enter in this form is not saved and will only be sent to SSRI when you hit the submit button at the bottom of the form.

We recommend reviewing the list of questions on the application prior to starting. The list can be found here and can be copied and pasted to a document if you would like to type out responses and paste them into the Application form below.

We highly recommend this form be completed on a computer and not a mobile device.

Once the application is submitted, a volunteer will reach out to you within 1-2 weeks.

Where will your dog stay if you are away from home on vacation?

Please list what issues you have dealt with in the past with dogs & how you handled these issues. For example, counter surfing, resource guarding of people, toys, food, etc.
