Adopted: Meet Buttercup

Buttercup came to SSRI when her owners knew that due to life circumstances, they were not able to meet her needs. Buttercup is a typical 2 year old fieldie with abounding energy. She is 50 pounds and very smart. She knows several commands and has been in professional training that has helped her walk calmly on a leash, especially when she sees other dogs. Buttercup loves food and her trainer is continuing to work on food reactiveness. Buttercup will do the best in a very CALM home that can consistently continue her training, provide her with the mental and physical exercise she craves and a home WITHOUT children or other animals. Buttercup is up to date on her vaccinations and is on daily medication for minor incontinence that was the result of her spay surgery (which can be common in females).
