Meet Bailey-Adopted

Hi, my name is Bailey. I am 2 years old and am a Tri-colored English Springer Spaniel. I am looking for my forever home and am looking for someone who is going to treat me like royalty. My foster mom says that I think I am a Princess and like to be the center of attention. I am also looking for someone who doesn't mind sharing their space & personal bubble with me, I love to cuddle and sleep beside you at night. I'm a big cuddler and love to even sit beside you on the couch. If you are having a rough day then I am the perfect dog and will do my best to snuggle in and make you feel better.

Unlike most Springers, I'm actually very mellow and happy just to chill around although I would love to go for an occasional hike or jaunt around the park. I do my best to be very well behaved and never have an accident in the house. I love to play with toys. Tug is a favorite game of mine but I'm not very good at fetch (maybe my new people could help teach me).

Everyone who meets me says I'm very sweet and very friendly although I'm a little shy at first as I'm not a very confident dog when I meet new people and new dogs but I do warm up after a little while.

Speaking of other dogs, my foster mom says she feels I would be better suited as an ONLY dog as I don't always like to share my things or attention with other dogs. I'm also a little selective about what dogs I like but when I do like them, I enjoy playing. I would be ok if I was introduced slowly to having dog visitors or play dates but not full time in my home. I am not suited for the dog park either as new dogs can be quite scary for me.

I would be fine living with kids as long as they are respectful with me. I don't mind cats so I could probably live with a cat as long as they prefer to keep to themselves.
