Thank you for considering adopting a rescued English Springer Spaniel.
We take the adoption process very seriously as our primary goal is to find the best forever home based on the needs of each individual dog that is in our care. There are several steps to the adoption process.
Submission of an Adoption Application
Vet Check
Homecheck
Phone Interview
Possible conversation with the foster parent
Meet and Greet (determined by proximity)
This process is likely to take 2-3 weeks but that can vary based on circumstances.
Once a potential dog is available, the coordinator will reach out to set up a conversation with the foster parent and arrange a time for a meet and greet.
For any rescued dog in SSRI’s care, we reserve the right to make all decisions regarding final disposition or placement into a Foster to Adopt or an adoptive home. There is absolutely no guarantee, made or implied, that any person or persons requesting to adopt a Springer being fostered through SSRI, or posted on SSRIs social media will be granted an adoption.
