Meet Zeus-Adopted

Zeus is 3.5 years old and is described as a little gentleman.

This sweet, quiet sensitive boy is looking for a home that he can call his own. He knows how to sit, stay and shake hands and is house trained. Zeus does well with older teenagers and adults. Zeus can get startled around children and therefore will need a home that will understand that he needs space when eating and sleeping.

Zeus is an energetic dog and loves to run. He would like to have a home that has a large yard where he can run and play. Zeus has excelled with his leash training while with our trainer.

When Zeus initially came to SSRi, he did not like to interact with other dogs. WIth exposure and training from our trainer, he is learning that other dogs are ok when they give him space. We feel that Zeus just needs more experiences with the outside world and interactions with other dogs. His life experiences were basically limited to a backyard with his previous family He does have a prey drive and has caught birds in the past. So cats are a no-no for him.

Zeus is neutered, current on vaccinations and will do well with a family willing to continue Zeus’s socialization and leash skills. He currently located in Southern California, outside of the LA area.
